Ski-Calendar Scheduling
The owner or GC controls the project calendar. Summit reviews resort access, site readiness, inspection, weather, testing, and material dependencies before confirming a proposed date.

Request an EstimateThe Canyons Village Scope
Canyons Village commercial work can involve hotels, condo projects, restaurants, retail, ski facilities, parking structures, and tenant improvements. The owner or GC should identify resort access, approved hours, construction interfaces, and target milestones before concrete is scheduled.
Summit's proposed scope can include ramps, curb cuts, plazas, entries, utility pads, loading aprons, site concrete, and foundation placement. The licensed design professional and approved documents control geometry, loads, reinforcing, and accessibility requirements; the authority having jurisdiction controls inspection acceptance.
Season, snowmelt, access, weather, inspection, testing, and ready-mix availability can change a placement date. The proposal should state dependencies and the owner or GC should coordinate the overall project timeline.
Canyons Village Coordination
The owner or GC controls the project calendar. Summit reviews resort access, site readiness, inspection, weather, testing, and material dependencies before confirming a proposed date.
The licensed design professional and approved documents control accessibility, fire-lane, loading, slab, and reinforcing requirements. Summit presents its assigned scope for required inspection.
Founder Jurgen Becker is the field contact. That matters on a TI or resort build where schedule changes need a fast yes-or-no from someone with authority.

About Jurgen Becker and Summit Concrete ServicesCanyons Village FAQ
Yes. Small flatwork, interior slab repair, utility-pad, and accessibility scopes can be reviewed for an estimate. The proposal should state included work, dependencies, exclusions, and target timing.
Season does not establish readiness by itself. Summit reviews current site, access, weather, approved mixture, protection, testing, inspection, and material conditions before proposing a placement date.
Both. Most work comes through GCs on larger projects; direct resort-operations and HOA work is fine for standalone flatwork, repairs, and ADA upgrades.
Owner-operator Jurgen Becker is the direct field contact for scope, scheduling, and project-document coordination.
Send the location, approved documents, scope, access notes, and target timing. Jurgen will follow up about Summit's concrete scope and current scheduling inputs.
