Summit was founded in January 2024 and is owner-operated by Jurgen Becker. Jurgen coordinates Summit's proposed formwork, concrete placement, finishing, protection, and cleanup scope with the project team before preparing a written proposal.

The owner or GC and licensed design professional should identify the pool interface, elevations, drainage, finish criteria, and applicable safety requirements.

Walkways and paths

Front-entry, side-yard, and garden routes. Approved project documents should establish the path, elevations, transitions, drainage, and finish.

Outdoor kitchens

Grills, islands, utilities, and built-in seating create project-specific layout, loading, clearance, interface, and finish inputs for the design team.

Entries require documented thresholds, elevations, drainage, adjacent finishes, and connections to existing construction.

A generic slab thickness, mixture, joint layout, slope, finish, or maintenance interval cannot establish a Park City patio design. Geometry and reinforcing

Design

The licensed design professional and approved project documents control the slab section, reinforcing, edges, steps, transitions, and structural interfaces.

Drainage and elevations

Flow

Approved grading and design documents establish elevations, thresholds, drainage paths, pool interfaces, and connections to existing work.

Mixture and exposure

Spec

The approved specification and ready-mix producer define mixture requirements; the testing agency performs assigned sampling and acceptance tests.

Finish and joints

Detail

The finish schedule and approved details should state colors, patterns, samples, joints, isolation, surface criteria, curing, protection, and maintenance information.

Permits and release

AHJ

The authority having jurisdiction controls applicable permits, inspections, and acceptance. The owner or GC obtains required releases before Summit proceeds with the affected work.
